A weekly class setting where you are led through the nuances of how to change your weight through eating properly, thinking differently, incorporating the power of manifesting all into losing weight. Join us every Saturday morning at 8am. There is no membership fee, just a weekly fee for participating. You also receive discounts on food and smoothies by participating.


Meals in Minutes - is a program designed to give you power to make your own meals in 5 minutes. Call us to get the most current class dates.
